Dorothy Beach is currently doing contract research work as Front End Recruiting. She has been in research for her entire career, first as a scientist then as a field consumer researcher and in the last five years in recruiting. Her past research assignments have been with Aventis, Procter & Gamble, Futurestep (a Korn/Ferry Company) and ACS Inc. Possessing an MBA in Marketing, Dorothy is also certified in both Internet Recruiting (CIR) and Human Resources (PHR). Her blog, FrontEndRecruiting.ning.com was created to showcase and discuss the latest trends (such as social media used for recruiting), tools and techniques used by recruiters for the initial phase of the recruiting cycle - company research and name generation. More recently, Dorothy has become a social media channel strategist for the DFWTRN and is a speaker on social media for business.
