Our Outside Sales Account Managers keep 50% of the first 60K billed and 60% thereafter per month on direct hire and contract positions. Earning the industries highest contract and direct hire commissions and... As an Account Manager, you would be tasked with generating new business contacts. Our unique business model and dramatically lower cost wins business from traditional contingency agencies every day, and your job is to help companies understand how our partnerships and years of experience can help them make better hires, faster, and for a lot less than they would pay other staffing agencies. This is a fully commissioned role, in which you will earn what you are worth, and get out of it what you put in. Reasonable earning potential is $10,000-$20,000 in your second to third month, and $100,000-$150,000 in year one for individual with a proven track record in the staffing industry.
