Blog Post: Congrats to Fort Worth Club for Customer Service Award

The Fort Worth Club was recently awarded the 2008 National Commercial Real Estate Customer Service Award for Excellence, also referred to as the "A List" Award. This honor is bestowed on those commercial properties "achieving the highest level and quality of service" as rated by Tenants in those properties.

The Award is determined by achieving a minimum 50% response rate and a service score of 85 or above. The "A List" Award is given to the Best in the Industry and when compared to other properties throughout the country, The Fort Worth Club has Tenant satisfaction scores among the highest in the nation.
