Profile: National Association of African Americans in Human Resources

The National Association of African Americans in Human Resources is a national organization concerned with improving the professional development of African American Human Resource professionals, consultants and students. NAAAHR is dedicated to providing a forum where African Americans can share, gain information and provide leadership on issues affecting their individual careers and the quality of work life for other African Americans.

About the Dallas Chapter:

• Provide professional development which informs and advances the professional development of African American Human Resource practitioners
• Serve as a resource for African Americans in developing a career in Human Resources
• Provide a platform for educating and discussing human resource business trends
• Provide member services that support member needs such as job listing distribution, •community outreach, newsletter, and networking opportunities

Monthly Luncheon

The NAAAHR's goal is to improve the professional development of African American Human Resource professionals, consultants and students by providing a forum to share information, and provide leadership on issues affecting careers and the quality of worklife. NAAAHR's luncheon meetings provides insight and resources to assist African Americans facing challenging careers.
