Jobing Description
Community Care Center of Garland is currently recruiting for a Clinical Nurse Liaison.

Skills / Requirements
  • Must be licensed LVN or RN
  • 1-2 years of nursing experience is preferred
  • To maintain or increase facility budget census levels
  • Must have very strong assessment skills and be able to successfully communicate with health care professionals
  • Must be have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of commercial insurance is preferred but not mandatory
  • Requires travel to different medical entities and health care providers
  • Must be able to follow-up and stay contact with Admissions team
  • Must work closely with Director of Nurses, Medical Director, and Administrator
  • This position works independently the majority of the time
  • Must be able to attend frequent meetings
  • Must be able to professionally present and represent the facility to health care providers
  • Must be able to do weekend duty
  • Weekend or after hour home visitations if necessary
  • Weekend or after hour assessments if necessary
  • Salaried position
