Job Description

Budget Suites of America, established over two decades ago, is currently seeking General
Managers, responsible for hiring, training, and supervising employees to maximize apartment
occupancies.

Duties required by position are as follows:

•Sales
•Resident Retention
•Managing all staff and operations
•Maintaining quality apartments for rent
•Collections and Maximizing revenue
•Maintaining Landscape and overall appearance of property

Budget Suites of America does not have a Restaurant, however, WE ARE LOOKING FOR
INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE, OR HAVE BEEN RESTAURANT MANAGERS. RESTAURAUNT
MANAGERS MAKE EXCELLENT BUDGET SUITES MANAGERS, AND WE WANT THE
BEST!!!!

A Manager leads by example; arrives at work on time ready to motivate, mentor, coach,
delegate, monitor, take necessary action and follow up on the day’s activities.

•At least 3 years PREVIOUS FAST PACED RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE
•Self-Motivated
•Excellent time-management skills
•Excellent LEADERSHIP abilities
•TEAM player with RESULTS driven personality
•Must be able to walk and climb stairs
