We are currently hiring for a Baker! The Duties/Responsibilities Include:

Measure and Mix ingredients to form dough or batter.

Cut and Mold Dough to form pie crusts, rolls, cookies, and related products.

Place dough in pans, molds, or on sheets and into oven to bake.

Observe color of product being baked. Adjust controls to regulate oven temperature.

Remove baked goods from oven and place on cooling racks.

Clean and maintain bakery equipment and preparation areas.

Unload trucks and store supplies.

Help customers with special orders by suggesting alternatives.

Working knowledge of company policies and procedures as outlined the Randalls/Tom
Thumb handbook.

Knowledge of Randalls/Tom Thumb bakery recipes and procedures.

Able to answer customer questions about ingredients.

Minimum 6 months commercial baking experienced.

Must be 18 years old.

Working in varied temperatures and busy environment.

Independent Mobility; Prolonged standing for 6 to 8 hours. Occasional stooping and
crouching to reach low storage areas.

Manual dexterity to handle products, equipments, and mixing ingredients.

Ability to effectively communicate with customers and coworkers.

Strength to lift, push, or pull objects weighing up to 60 pounds.
