I recently started a short video on first jobs based on the interviews done on the Pursue the Passion Tour. What I was surprised to find was that most of our interviewees didn't generally succeed their first time out. A big component of the Pursue the Passion mission is understanding more about individual career paths.  We believe the journey is as important as the destination.  Finding a great job doesn’t happen overnight and it’s important to acknowledge all stages of the process.  Most of us find ourselves asking similar questions at these different stages and the answer is different for everyone.  In this video hear some of our interviewees answer the question, Where were you at 22?
