Curbside Guest Service Representatives are the first point of contact between SuperShuttle and the customer. These important ambassadors must greet the customer and enter his or her destination into our system via a hand-held electronic device. Once a passenger is entered into the system, he or she is automatically matched with other people who are headed in the same direction. The dispatch function plays a vital role in interacting with our drivers and delivering our service to our customers.
