Healthcare Reimbursement and Data Analyst

Ensign Services, Inc. is seeking a Healthcare Reimbursement and Data Analyst member to play a key role in our growing company, as it serves the needs of our rapidly-expanding heath care services client base across the United States. Qualified candidates will have experience in Computer Information Systems or similar background . This position is based in Dallas’s Service Center.

The Reimbursement and Analysis Reporting team member is an entry level position and has potential for growth. The position will work closely with the Reimbursement and Analysis team, with one senior team member based in Dallas, but also with others in CA, UT, KY, and WI. The position may require 5-10% travel at times.
- A Degree in Computer Information Systems or equivalent work experience.
- Advanced Excel skills, PowerQuery, VBA, Macros, Pivot tables
- Experience with SQL databases
- Proficient in Data mining.
- Experience with Dundas and/or Power BI, highly desirable
- Able to present complex data to broader audiences with charts, PowerPoint, etc. highly desirable
- Analytical skills
- 2 year Accounting Degree or work experience in accounting systems is a plus
- Health care accounting/reimbursement/business office experience a plus but not required.
This full time, salaried position is based at the Dallas Service Center, in our Golden Acres facility.
