Accountable for managing the Customer Service Team to align with and carry out corporate strategy and initiatives



Required Skills

 

 

Responsibilities
•     Oversee and communicate team workloads effectively to meet customer expectations and SLAs
•     Develop, maintain and ensure consistent adherence to Quote, Order and After Sale Support
Service processes and standards
•     Interface with customer, outside sales and KPS Global leadership
•     Represent KPS Global at customer designated meetings or functions, as required
•     Design and develop an organization to meet customer expectations and SLAs
•     Accountable for approving, implementing and adherence of product solutions within Customer
Service, based on agreements with   internal and external parties
•     Coordinate and help resolve internal and field issues with team members when required; must
be able to determine the cause and propose corrective action
•     Accountable for Customer Service KPIs and SLAs
•     Approve and/or lead group training presentations for internal and external customers
•     Participate in interviews, onboarding and approve all employee new hires
•     Approve and maintain employee vacation, personal time and schedule to ensure adequate
coverage
•     Perform individual performance management and goal setting with team members
•     Recommend and manage to Customer Service team budget, headcount and goals
•     Approve salary planning and employee promotions for Customer Service team
•     Participate in and take disciplinary action including termination
•     Participate in any corporate strategic initiatives, as required
•     Lead and manage projects, as required

 

 



Required Experience

Qualifications
•     Associate Degree preferred, will consider experience in lieu of
•     3+ years experience in Customer Service with estimating in engineered to order product,
preferably within the walk-in industry
•     2+ years Team management or supervision experience required
•     Strong prioritization, delegation, multi-tasking and organization skills
•     Strong verbal and written communication skills
•     Strong capability to coach, mentor, set expectations and hold others accountable
•     Ability to interpret and understand construction documents and specifications
•     Strong emphasis on Math and Technical skills
•     Detail oriented
•     Strong MS Office skills with emphasis in Excel
